Traditional machines require a trained and experienced barista to produce consistent quality espresso based drinks. You have to know your grinding settings, pressure levels and have tamping skills. The HT250 hybrid group coffee machine bridges the gap between handcrafted and automatic brewing. The HT250 detects the portafilter automatically, monitors the flow of the brew, notifies the operator if the grinding degree needs adjustment, grinds the coffee and tamps it consistently – the whole process is de-skilled so that the operator does not require the same level of training as a fully-qualified barista, but can still deliver a perfect espresso!
